Looked at the first pic, “oh that’s not too bad, just slight neglect of the front wheels and a lil’ scruff”
Scrolled down, jaw dropped, “ooooohhhh”

Damn, the outside looks quite decent, but what the hell happened on that rear seat?
My oppo 3D logo snapped in two btw, so I’m glad I ordered two.
Anyhow, good luck picking it up and cleaning it!

Been there, done that, waiting on the T-Shirt. Lol. A quick vacuum, Maxolen hair removal tool, re-vacuum, wash seats with Valet Pro Enzyme Odour Eater, wet-vacuum up, clean all interior surfaces with Gtechniq i2ab (anti bacterial cleaner), clean th interior glass and job done. I recon five hours tops.
Past experience.
A rear seat 50/50
And all done
I’d highly recommend removing the front seats to get to the rear carpet.

I’m loving everyones comments that say this is a badly dirty car. It’s had dogs in that have been walking in mud, quick fix.
The seats look a part leather, part alcantara mix so no real issue of dogs hairs penetrating the fabric, only the carpets, the mud can be wiped down with a wet cloth, then cleaned with an anti bacterial cleaner. Once the seats are dry spray with CarPro So2Pure photocatalyst oduor destroyer and job done.

I recon a lazy dog owner. Paw marks on the rear of the drivers seat, claw marks on the door trim and short hair in the foot well.
I’m thinking terrier of some sort.

Are those front wheels covered in brake dust or has someone tried to paint them with a damp cabbage?
Either way, get some latex gloves on and a face mask and get to work!

Advert said it was a dog car, so im guessing it will smell pretty ripe. Be interesting to see how much actual damage there is underneath the mud/shit.

Good advice! yes I think the interior might be coming out to get clean. Or just coming out. Depends if we decide to turn it into a track car, or flip it and use the money to fund a better base for the track car.

Good chemical advice. I think getting the mud off wont be bad, it’ll be the smell and the hair, plus whatever damage is underneath.

Yeah it has a few scratches and stuff but hardly catastophic. Can see why the dealer cba to get it cleaned and sold, just quicker to offload it to two chumps who can do the dirty, literally, work.

You poor guys, haha. Though I think the worth of the car rises quite fast when you clean it, so you might have the last laugh.

VP EOE is an antibacterial fabric cleaning spray, it kills bacteria, and destroys the food source removing any odour and odour causing bacteria.
Other than claw marks from the dog on door and centre console plastics, there shouldn’t be much damage.

If you need a good wet n dry vacuum cleaner. The Karcher Outlet have refurbed WD2.2 aka MV2 wet/dry vacuum cleaners for £30. I’ve had mine three years and it’s still going.
Ultimate Finish will sort you out with the chemicals.
If you need any other stuff and some other sites to order from I can e-mail you some discount codes.

Ah thanks yes I may well take you up on that. Will see how bad the thing is and then work out what we need to do with it.
Thankfully the housemate has got a wetvac, he used to be a mechanic in his native portugal so has a decent array of tools too.

There are loads for less than £1000. High tax and fuel consumption are the killers.

Thats one dirty dog... When I transport dogs i take a towel to dry them off (if we go to the beach and they decided theyd like to have a swim thats badly needed) plus they go in the boot. Parcel tray out, divider in, dog in boot, easy.

That’s the way it should be. Unfortunately there are some who get bored of doing this each time and eventually resort to using one of their cars as a dog car and let anything go in it. They get home, owner takes out the dog, owner goes for a quick shower and change of clothes then uses other car for going to work or shopping.

I have one car that is the subject of some abuse but I still clean the interior for my own sanity/ sense of smell. Plus that car was ruined when I got it haha.
Thought I’d update you also. I’m on my way to transferring the lease on my flat and getting my old job back. Not ideal but health always has to come first.

Some people just treat cars as objects, throw away objects. When some people are around dogs and wet dogs they become nose blind and stop smelling stuff we’d find disgusting.
Mate, you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do. We can all advise this and that but ultimately it’s your decision. I trust that you know what’s right for you and to make the decision you need to make. I hope things get better for you soon and your mental and physical well being is restored.
Put it down to experience. You will now have gained some knowledge into next time. You’ve got to walk before you can run, and have a few stumbles on the way.

Believe me if I could’ve stuck it out and made a proper go at doing a good job there, I would.
Yeah I think I got blinded by the need to get a good job by any means (that’s drilled into you throughout education these days, job> everything else). When really I needed to consider a hell of a lot more. I’m still young and I still make mistakes, I just need to learn from them and pick myself back up I suppose.

Mate you did really well to get this far. You’ve not lost anything but gained experience.
We all make mistakes whether were young or old.
We all want to find our own place in life. In fact the majority of the world are still trying. Don’t rush yourself, it will come.
I hope both you and your missus are okay and hopefully the relationship is stronger for it.
